One nice feature of Monterey is the ability in Accessibility to change the colour of the cursor pointer. I’m using gold with a black outline, makes it very difficult to lose its place on the screen.
And now this state has reached 80% of its population with two Covid 19 vaccinations, there’s going to be a mad rush from the capital city into regional areas because the city has been isolated since August 5th. It’ll be a while before I go far from home, though. Mum’s aged care place is still restricting visitors. One. brother is having his 60th birthday celebrations in a northern border town in three weeks, last night I booked a motel room for that night.

@matigo It worked on one drive, I was able to mount it after the DiskWarrior directory rebuild. I have successfully backed up the iMac to that drive. The other recalcitrant Time Machine drive is getting the same rebuilding done. It’s twice the used capacity so will take even longer.
Pox on it. Both Time Machine drives for my iMac have decided not to be mountable on Monterey. One mounts on my 2008 El Capitan MacBook Pro, I'm attempting a directory repair with DiskWarrior.
