@variablepulserate I found a folder of Keynote slideshows in the Pictures folder. The Pictures folder already contained all of those slideshows as individual items. Plus a lot of photos in the Pictures folder were 50 MB digital negatives, taken when I was using a Nokia Lumia 1020 Windows phone, the one with the 41 MP camera sensor. All of those pics had smaller .jpgs in the Photos app.
