I spent a $50 e-Gift card on a small box of Belgian chocolates & a glass halogen convection oven. So far I've cooked some thin pork steaks & a small frozen beef pie in it. This has great promise, air fryers are all the rage here at present & that's basically what this device is. Just a lot bigger at 12 litres capacity. When used as a broiler (aka griller in Oz) the halogen heat source is constantly on. At lower temperatures, the heat cycles on and off with the fan running continuously.
