@literary I could possibly justify the price but I know I'd lose one or the other or both or the storage case at some stage.
@lasar Reminds me of the Nissan 910 wagon I used to gave. I carried a dozen 0.6 m square concrete pavers in it with all the weight over the folded rear seat area. It was a hairy trip back to Mum's place where a garden shed was being erected, the pavers were to form the concrete base. The steering was incredibly light & I wasn't game to exceed 60 km/h because up to that speed I still had some control.
Partially dismantled a 9 volt LED reading lamp to see if the switch was fixable: it won't lock in the on position. Needs a new switch. There are 6 removable screws and I sacrificed one to the Hairy Carpet Gods Under The Bed. Then I noticed three screws inside that weren't securing anything in place. Yay! Spares!
@hybotics It may have escaped your attention but if you use Cappuccino to access 10Centuries, you can now adjust the font size on the computer & on a mobile device.
On the computer, click on the cog-wheel at the bottom left corner. On a mobile device, there's also a cog-wheel icon selectable via the puck.
@matigo That's because one is for flush fittings. That's so it doesn't stand out.
How windy is it where you are? Visit https://earth.nullschool.net/#current/wind/surface/level/orthographic
Then click on the word earth in the lower left corner. When the info panel appears, go to the line that starts with Control and click on enclosed + symbol & allow your location to be determined. Currently it's 15 km/h here.
Interesting: when I use the iPhone, wind speed is given in m/s, switching to the desktop version displays km/h.
