I used Epichrome on my Mac to make a Single Site Browser from Cappuccino. Ergo, because Epichrome hooks into Chrome and as yet, the latter hasn't dumped Flash, it opened OK for me.

AFAIK, you just have to achieve the minimum. I'm trying to build up the daily on battery averages on my MBP to at least 20% over 7 days & over 30 days.
