@matigo Just stepped out of the kitchen into the dining room & completely forgot why I had moved.
As I expected, I had left the powerboard with two AC & four USB charging outlets at my mother's place. I usually keep it in the car for use at overnight stops which usually lack sufficient power outlets.
To contrast the intensity of the four-year-old cheddar, I also bought a peppercorn-embedded cows milk pecorino that's a mere 6 weeks old and really mild & bland. I bought it for the pepper.
Just bought a block of cheddar from the local cheese factory that's been aged for four years. Very specual indeed.
MAS now claiming 8 updates are available for the MBA, that's up one from the previous claim of seven. BUT IT STILL WON'iT SHOW THE UPDATES.
Mac App Store is confused: claims there are 7 updates for the MacBook Air & six for the MacBook Pro yet refuses to actually SHOW these alleged updates.
The update to 10.12.1 killed my Terminal routine I used to prevent Chrome from updating itself. Chrome version 53 is the last one that works with Epichrome app for creating site-specific browsers.
Chrome v54 mangles existing Epichrome SSB apps & makes them unusable.
I keep a copy of Chrome 53, Cappuccino SSB & a text file showing the Terminal method in a zipped file in Dropbox. I had to use that to recreate the Cappuccino SSB a few minutes ago.
FU, Google bastards.
