"Turning on wi-fi will increase location efficiency." Gee, thanks, Apple. I'm using a navigation app & there's no wi-fi. Fuck off.
@larand It wasn't a whole lot better with the 2006 Honda Jazz (Fit) I used to have. The job had to be done from inside the front wheel well and was easier with the wheel removed.
That was weird. Tried to use the cameras on the iPod Touch but the screen was black. I tried other apps with camera access with no trouble at all. Back to the camera app, still black. So I reset the device. Now the camera works properly. Go figure.
Received notification I've reached the top of the beta list for using Stash app. Phew, I thought they'd forgotten my interest. See Stash.ai for more info.
I had to edit the location information on a photo taken recently with my iPhone. I use Photos app on the Mac & because such changes can be done in iPhoto, I naturally (and incorrectly) assumed I could also do it in Photos.
Nope, no can do. SO I exported the photo to the desktop, added it to iPhoto & made the required changes there. I then made sure to check the box "Include location info" while exporting it from iPhoto.
I then imported it to Photos and trashed the incorrect pic.
Thanks, Apple, for making things so easy.*
- Useless effing bastards.
@indigo Don't do that: removing a Mac laptop's battery will trigger a go slow mode. See http://www.tomshardware.com/news/apple-macbook-pro-battery-benchmarks,6643.html

When I injured the left shoulder in a car rollover in 1995 I was traveling 85km just to get to work. The physiotherapist I'd been referred to also practiced at a sports medicine clinic only two km from that work location so I transferred my treatment to that place. The new locale also had a 34°C hydrotherapy pool which I used before the 30 minute massage sessions. I went there twice weekly for eight months before it was felt I could resume proper duties.
Tried the pulse-massage setting on the showerhead to get some relief from the shoulder pain. It's surprisingly effective. The entire water output is concentrated into four heavy pulsating streams with a separation of about 3.5 cm. Combined with near-50°C heat (new hot water system is regulated to 50°) it's a good localised massage. I also employed deep finger pressure massage to the shoulder tendon nexus below the collarbone. Some ome the pain is from a pinched nerve, most is reflected pain from the tendons.
