I've discovered an app that lets you arrange a home visit by a GP who bulk-bills patients. Great for after-hours.

@hazardwarning It depends how you set up your accounts & groups. I have accounts for Twitter, 10C, Pnut & Mastodon. The various groups have different account combinations. I use All Accounts; 10C/Pnut/Twitter; 10C/Pnut; Twitter; 10C; Pnut; Mastodon. Tapping on the accounts section in the lower left corner lets you choose which group to send to; all, some or just one account.
