Glasses not immediately fixable. Left them at optometrist pending decision by visiting manager. Still have current prescription reading glasses, though. Threaded end of arm-mounting screw is the remnant after the screw sheared off.
Getting my computer glasses examined (hopefully fixed) in a shopping plaza. Already yelled at an inconsiderate trollop who jostled my arm whilst I was limping along to a cafe to sit & rest. #Whore

Ganglion cysts in left wrist being extra painful. Tried fitting the elastic brace that incorporates a supportive splint but the main tensioning velcro strap tore off. This brace is over 20 years old, can't expect much more. So I've stuck with that & added a different type of wrist brace that wraps around the sore part. Together the different braces work better the either alone.
Saw the most hideous things in that 7-11. Nutella & Krispy Kreme donuts, one coated in the shit, the other filled with it.
