Doctor mentioned this morning that my androgen deficiency (I need a testosterone top up injection every 3months) can be a contributing factor in the osteoarthritis in my knee & foot.

My iOS jiggers are all currently out of action. No problem, they're just installing the iOS 11.1.1 update.

iOS 11.1.1 includes bug fixes for your iPhone or iPad. This update:

• Fixes an issue with keyboard autocorrect.
• Fixes an issue where Hey Siri stops working.

6 am. Pea time. Not a typo, I’m using a bag of frozen peas as an icepack for pain relief with the right ankle’s inflamed posterior tibial tendon. #jointcrap

Ice pack (frozen peas) has helped enormously with the ankle pain.

Agony with the ankle today. I spent a dollar on a bag of frozen peas on the way home today. Also tried to make an appointment for cortisone injection but can’t get in until Nov 29. Seeing a doctor tomorrow about other things, I’ll get clarification then.

Guess I’ll give an ice pack a try. This pain is most aggravating.
