The ankle pain is reduced by the compression caused by tightening the upper velcro strap.
It was rather noisy here about five hours ago. The neighbour is a mechanic & he was working on a very loud, very big V8 engine so loud it seemed like thunder. Then there WAS thunder, frighteningly close which totally dwarfed the engine noise.

I’ve been getting a wee bit of ankle pain since yesterday’s decision not to wear the ankle brace. Oddly the pain is in the other ankle this time.
The 580CD has a documents folder of 21.9 MB. It’s going to be a long job shifting that lot. But the IDE HDD slides out & can be put into an external drive case & the files accessed that way.
