@thrrgilag Thanks
Stupid shits at the mobile carrier. Their websute clearly says NOT to put in your account number if yours is a prepaid service. So when activating a new SIM card whilst retaining the existing phone number I left the account number area blank.
Then an email arrives. There's an error with either my birth date or the account number.
So instead of leaving it blank this time, I entered the account number successfully. Now the transfer from my current micro SIM to the new Nano-SIM can proceed.
@thrrgilag I'm having trouble with BlurbyBot on a Windows Phone, see attachment.
Yay for PocketCasts sync. I have the same subscribed podcasts in my iOS, Android & Windows Phone devices.
Aha! Found an app on the Lumia 1520 that’s downloaded & is now installing Windows Phone 10.
Tried copying music to an 8 GB micro SD card on the Lumia 1520 but ran out of space, so I reformatted the card. I intend keeping this as my spare phone & travelling camera. I'll get a 32 GB card tomorrow. I also have to get the micro-SIM card from the current flip-phone cut down to nano-SIM size to suit the Lumia.
@streakmachine Needs as must when the devil drives. I can take the storage of this thing right up to 96 GB by adding a 64 GB micro SD card but the only one I have available is 8 GB & it may not be big enough.
I've just finished hacking Windows Phone 3.1.1 for Mac so the app will work on Sierra. It's now syncing around 1000 songs to the Lumia 1520.
