Used CleanMyMac to remove 1.9 GB of unwanted iOS apps from my MacBook Pro. Many of the apps were App.net-related.
@pamela The lumbar stenosis leaves limited space to work with. Most surgical treatments provide short-ish term relief, OK after a year but not after four years or so.
Kill me now. Knee pain, back spasms and sciatica have now been joined by leg cramps.
@pamela Spinal disc herniation from S1 to L3 (sciatica in right leg) plus lumbar stenosis. Diagnosed 2½ years ago, damage likely caused by over-exertion on gym equipment. But all that did was bring on the condition a few years earlier.
Almost 4:30 am, Monday. Been awake for a bit over 2 hours. Can't sleep due to back pain. I'm beginning to suspect it's a degenerative condition.
The new 9.7-in iPad has quite fairly been referred to as the iPhone SE of iPads. The SE took an old form factor, the iPhone 5 and put new but not the latest internals (iPhone 6S) inside.
The iPad takes the form factor of the original iPad Air (dimensions are identical) and adds Touch ID plus the same processor/coprocessor as the iPhone SE.
Hopefully it can also use the same accessories (such as cases/covers) as the first iPad Air.
More realistically, the Apple reseller I bought the iPad Mini 2 from is selling that model for $395, so they may well buy it in for around $300.
The original purchase was partly-funded by trading in my Cellular 32 GB iPad 3 and WiFi 16 GB iPad Mini. Between them, they accounted for $570 of the $749 purchase price.
They offer a trade-in on used items: send them the details & make an appointment for them to check the device, mine's always been in a case, so is immaculate. If their offer is acceptable, you get either a store credit or a direct deposit to your bank account.
