Fuck. Back was hurting too much to get out of bed to take my daily anti-reflux medicine. Supposed to have it around 4pm, now it's damn near 8:30 pm.
Back pain is much reduced.

Relatively hard, physical work for 35 years, no major problems other than fractures, which I fully recovered from. No lingering back issues, but possibly conditions contributed to wear & tear + arthritis in one knee.
Now I've stopped full-time work and my back has been wrecked by a fucking exercise machine.
The pain is especially bad today.
