Dark. And quirky.

No. One is half the other but all must be paid at once. The other (higher cost one) is a monthly payment.

Fascinating: a hexacopter drone which can swivel each of its rotors through 360ยบ. This thing can ascend almost touching a vertical wall.

Was trying to work out TunnelBear's Premium VPN pricing scheme: there are two packages that offer the same features of unlimited data, simultaneous usage on 5 computer or mobile devices, browse privately 24/7 & blocking trackers.
One package is $9.99 monthly, the other is $4.99 monthly yet both offer the same service.
Realised the lower-priced option requires a single annual up-front price of $59.88 whereas the other is a monthly fee.

11:50 am on a Monday morning. I have ceased to contemplate making breakfast, instead I'll deal with lunch, an "exotic" meal of soup & toast. I'm still in bed and I don't care. In fact, I'd be asleep if a hungry cat hadn't jumped on top of me.

Mac User Group used to run a members-only lending library but it was no longer viable. They want me to fix the 2009 13-in MacBook Pro to make it a saleable item.
I know its 5400 rpm 160 GB HD was replaced with a 7200 rpm 320 GB HD & its RAM increased to 4 GB. I know because it used to be mine before I bought the 2011 MBP. It has 10.6.8 on it but could theoretically handle up to El Capitan.
But with only 4 GB of RAM I'd not inflict anything higher than Mavericks on it unless the RAM was doubled to 8 GB.

Done some pricing, $135 will get 8 GB of RAM and a 240 GB SSD delivered here from Amazon in the USA.

I'll put it to the rest of the committee that I at least upgrade the RAM as it's already got a faster-than-standard HD.

Should be possible to sell it for around $400.

Someone you know?

@kdfrawg For one thing, I managed to ge it for $30 less than the maker charges for the same device. https://goo.gl/KLmq5i

Wondering if today's dizziness was another case of anemia. I get that sometimes. Never major, but I have been hospitalised previously for checkups.

Today I bought a lithium-ion battery pack/jump-starter that's capable of starting cars yet is small enough to fot in a trouser pocket.
