So I phoned the hospital, turns out visiting hours are flexible. 9:30 am to 11 am then 1pm until 8pm.
My mum was shifted to yet another hospital for more rehab, this one's within 20 km of her home. They have a reasonably extensive website but do you think they bother to mention little details like visiting hours?
Nope.
This is important as my siblings (except one brother) have at least 50 minutes further to travel for visiting. It's not much different for me, the latest hospital is 50 km away vs 31 but probably only 5 minutes further timewise. that's the difference between semi-perpetually roadwork-affected "freeway"/suburban speed limits & freeway/country arterial road limits.
As MacBook Airs go, mine is pretty high-spec. I've just converted the same 2 minute 41 second .wmv file on the MacBook Air & the iMac. The iMac (naturally) finished before the MBA, taking nine seconds less for a total conversion time of 20 seconds.
Everyone knows Google doesn't replace servers when they go down.
When a high enough percentage of their servers on a planet fail, they simply launch a few vehicles into orbit, destroy the biosphere with a nuclear bombardment (to protect trade secrets and company IP), then relocate the entire company to a new planet and build a search engine for whatever civilization is there.
It's much more efficient.
