@streakmachine I like my FujiXerox laser printer. I’ve had it for 18 months & I’m not even ½ way through the colour cartridges it shipped with. They are smaller than the XL refills I’ll use when comes replacement time. Standard toner is AU$95 per cartridge (4 of those) from a discount ink supplier & AU$125 normally. The discount mob sells compatible toner at AU$98 for all four colours.
It’s only with really thick paper that the printing is poor. Plus there’s no print head to dry out.

Too much caffeine yesterday: 4:40 am & my throat is very raw. Gargling& sipping a strong aspirin solution. That seems to work.
