Somehow gashed a finger open whilst defrosting the freezer. Didn't notice until blood splatters were seen on the floor. Hurting.
@matigo I read an article on Apple News just a few hours ago on the subject of "caffeine overdose." Such deaths are rare, to put it simply. You need to have at least 5 grams of caffeine (some experts say 10 grams) to OD on the stuff. That 5 gram figure apparently equates to 6 gallon of McDonalds "coffee."

4 yrs ago my infected elbow was fixed by opening up the wound & flushing it out with about 2 litres of that iodine antiseptic. The surgeon was able to gather enough skin together to cover it up, there had been some concern that skin grafts may be needed.
Ingrown toenail is improving, infection slowly easing. Soaking the foot thrice daily in hot waster containing Epsom salt helps greatly. This is followed by application of iodine antiseptic.
Good tucker. Spaghetti & meatballs in tomato sauce sprinkled with Parmesan cheese. Plus Gorgonzola-style cheese added after reheating. Most excellent .
