@kdfrawg I bought a similar battery for AU$44 and it lasted 4 whole charge cycles before displaying “Service Battery.” Piece of shit. Got a refund on that junker. Replaced it with one from another supplier, no prpblems with that one, $35 more expensive than the shit one.

High Sierra is strange on the MacBook Air: under normal running conditions it shows around 360 GB free from a total of 500 GB.
Yet when it boots up, it starts with anything between 330 to 350 GB free then finds more space somehow.

Walking cane not so good for this affliction. I’ll probably upgrade to a forearm crutch tomorrow.

Still have a lingering pain in my right ankle. Occasionally it becomes a sharp stabbing pain and if I’m walking I stumble & almost fall. Time to locate my collapsible walking cane again.
