On Monday I’ll take out a 6-month aquatic membership at the local spirts centre. My physiotherapist has given me a range of exercises to do over a 40 minute period although he suggested I restrict it to 30 at the first visit. Apparently when I start feeling the effects of gravity there’s going to be some pain involved.
As long as I make 2 or more visits weekly, it’s going to be cheaper to do so as a member than as a Casual visitor.

Didn’t work properly, I couldn’t get it to scroll.

Mac User Group celebrates its 40th birthday this year: I'll be bringing a few old Macs to a meeting venue: Mac Classic II; Pismo G3 PowerBook; Titanium G4 PowerBook; 15-inch G4 PowerBook & the pride of the fleet, the 12-inch G4 PowerBook. I know the PowerBooks all work, not so sure about the Classic, though. I'll have to check that one.
