As another nail in (N)evernote's coffin, Apple's Notes app can directly import (N)evernote stuff.
It's cold. I'm m economising by not running any heating except an electric blanket underneath the bedding and a purring cat on top.
Between OneNote & Appleās Notes app, I just don't miss Evernote at all. I never really got into it, tended to call it Nevernote.
@hazardwarning A few years ago, I took up a MacHeist or MacUpdate software bundle offer. Included was a free 12-month Evernote subscription and a free 3-month extension. In that 15-month period I opened Evernote only once, and that was to activate the subscription.
OneNote on the Mac suits me, I have 230 GB available on OneDrive, courtesy of retaining my 15GB camera roll (Lumia 1020) and 15GB bonus plus an ISP-supplied 200GB addition. I'll never use it all.
I bought a single-element induction hob today at Aldi. My cast iron & enamelled steel pots & pans work with it nicely as does a pair of steel wok pans. I did buy two smaller 16 & 20 cm pots to suit it, the latter can use the stainless steel steamer (perforated bottom) pans for a bit more versatility.
Mighty impressed with its performance, especially as the price was so low.
I mentioned it to a few caravan owners, I reckon one would be very useful in a van.
Travelled 1457 km since Thursday last week. Averaged 48 mpg (Imperial, not US). That's impressive, I think, the car is 10 years old.
@jpa Cats, on the other hand, will do their business come rain or shine, then come back inside & smooch around you. A tad disconcerting with wet fur.

@matigo No, I mostly use it closed in a Twelvesouth BookArc holder, the connector gets caught on the top of the desk, moving other cables nearby bumps it and it drops out. A power cable coming straight out, like the other cables (Thunderbolt, FW800 & both USB 2) would work much better. Fortunately both MBPs use Magsafe 1 connections & are 85 watts, easy swap.
