@indigo whereas most small towns have a butcher. In the 40 km separating my place from my mother's, there are five small towns, the three largest ones have excellent butchers.

@jextxadore by shopping on Saturday mornings or going to wholesale butchers who tend to stay open later. The small country town where my mother lives has a butcher as well as two supermarket meat departments. This butchery is a 7-day per week enterprise with the best meat in the area. An enviable reputation built up over many years.
And Polymail now has IMAP support in beta. So I can use it to access both Men's Shed email accounts whilst away from the shed. I had been using Inky but its interface sucked compared with Polymail.
@jextxadore It's very rare to find butchers that open past 5;30 pm here. It's always been that way…..
Looking like longposts.net over in ADN-land has died. I tried a longpost with nice.social but the link went nowhere when I tried to open it with Safari from Cauldron app.
So I'm back to using Droplr instead.
