@skematica Several years ago I ordered a rare book from the UK. It was late arriving as Royal Mail had initially despatched it to Pakenham, Ontario, Canada instead of Pakenham, Victoria,Australia. It made an unnecessary double crossing of the Atlantic Ocean.

More likely he's still using iOS 10.1.1, build 14B100, apparently updating to iOS 10.1.1, build 14B150 fixes this issue.

However, it's also not available as an OTA update, it must be done via iTunes and the update is over 2 GB in size.
