Good to see you here, .

Apparently when stored in the fridge, its shelf live is around 18 months. One project I did was encasing bits of coathanger wire in Sugru & attaching them to double-walled coffee cups as handles. Worked perfectly. Another was to replace four missing rubber feet on a stepladder. I hammered & screwed wood into the hollow legs, covered it in Sugru which I gave a textured finish for grip.

I do. In fact, the clear plastic shelves are held together with a combination of Sugru & Meccano.

Should I feel an onset of sciatica, the rollator's sole value is a portable seat, where I can ride out the worst of the sensation.

Foul nasty thing, bursitis, I used to get that in my left elbow. Not sure why I don't any longer. My back pain is consistent but really negligible, I never realised it was a constant companion until a diagnosis a few years ago of lumbar stenosis & sciatica.

And I'm pme, with an extra e added to each letter. Pronounced pe-em-ee.

Afraid not. She dropped out of contact after moving from here back to the northern state.

I might even break out one of my bicycles tomorrow and go for a bit of a trundle.

I still have the lower back pain that's a precursor to sciatica but I've not had such an episode for at least six weeks, possibly longer. I'm able to walk longer distances without a cane or rollator walker than I've been able to for several months, although the arthritic knee soon tells me when it's had enough.

But I can't determine any lifestyle change to account for this mobility improvement.

To be fair, given they had a combined height of 23' 5'', The Beatles probably were bigger than Jesus.
