Something out of whack with the AirPort Extreme, I think. The iPad won't connect but the the iPhonevSE does.

But it works fine on my home networks.

What is going on here? I can connect to the indicated network with the iPhone & iPad but not the Mac. Weird.

No need to stock up on steak today but the shop does sell sone really good beef cheeks, which go so well in the slow cooker in winter. I cover the meat with diluted tomato-based pasta sauce & leave it on the low setting for at least six hours.

I rarely have it myself, maybe three times per month.

Had some yesterday with a dry Cajun spice rub, done on a gas BBQ. At home I use the griller at the top of the fan-forced oven.

Understandable. You're worth it.

TIL the steaks I have been buying from this particular butcher have been aged for thirty days. They also do sixty days on request. It's really good stuff.

Haven't used it for a few years, probably needs a replacement battery. I modified it to accept three AAA cells: it's way cheaper than trying to find the original 4.5 volt battery.

20 years ago I bought a used Mac Classic II (OS 7.5.3) from a private seller. One day I couldn't use it because the unknown-to-me password had somehow become invoked. I called a courier & sent it off to a place 100 km away where a fellow deciphered the password & wrote it down for me. It was sent back in working order with a note saying "your password is tluafed&troper."
Today I realised for the first time that it was the words report & default spelled backwards.
