At the end of a Zoom meeting I wound up hosting a friend asked my advice on whether he should buy an iPod Touch while there were still some in stock. He added that he was going to upgrade from an iPhone 6S to a 13 Pro, so I suggested his old phone would do most things that an iPod Touch was able to do. I also mentioned that the current Touch had internals much the same as an iPhone 7 but with 2 processor cores disabled. He was satisfied with that answer.
I don’t know how long it runs but affinity.serif.com is having a 50% off Spring Sale. Their software: Affinity Photo, Affinity Publisher & Affinity Design for Mac, PC & iPad are currently half price and best of all, these are software prices, not subscription prices. I now have Affinity Photo on my iMac & M1 MacBook Air. Publisher is not available on the iPad but Photo & Design are.

Was wondering why my car had developed a rattling sound from the luggage area. It’s a small hatchback, almost ten years old & has covered almost 210,000 km. The rattle only started today.
Soon worked it out: the forearm crutch that’s normally situated immediately behind the front seats was in the luggage area, jammed in diagonally and vibrating against the hard plastic of the tailgate.
