My mother’s elderly 27-inch widescreen CRT TV has been replaced by a 40-inch LCD unit, purchased by my brother & his wife. It’s support legs need a table-top extension so it can fit on the existing TV cabinet.
OK, for them as what celebrates it, a Merry Christmas to you. Last night I went along to one of the local Catholic Church’s three Xmas Eve services. A new organ was recently donated and I wanted to hear it. That plus the new choir made for a most joyful celebration.
Got distracted an hour or so back when preparing a cup of tea. Bad/painful hot metal burn to my left thumb. Straight away I stuck the affected area under cold running water for 10 minutes. Fixed up the tea brew then immersed the sore thumb in the top of a plastic bottle of water for 20 minutes.
Now only painful when bumped.
