A Lovely 10C Site!

That was weird. Suddenly a notification from Sophos Home app popped up on the MBA, saying the scan was completed in 23 minutes & found nothing nasty.
But I never instigated any scan, nor ran one to any schedule. Plus, 23 minutes is awfully quick for a full scan. And the menubar icon for the app was white on black rather than black on white. I was unable to open the Sophos Home Dashboard status window from the app.
Fucken Sophos has changed the process WITHOUT TELLING ANY USERS!
The Home dashboard window is no longer a feature, so you can set up file/folder/volume exclusions there. Such things have to be done from the website.
Automatic fast scans are triggered by updating the AV definitions.
Full scans can be instigated from the website or from the menubar icon.
I don't mind the changes, NOW THAT I UNDERSTAND THEM but the sheer bloody-minded arrogance of making such changes WITHOUT notifying users is undermining my confidence in the app & its developers.

Or, since the Bushmaster & Hawkei are displacing the Perentie Land Rovers, you could pick up one of those quite cheaply. Probably the ambulance variant would have travelled less distance. It's a dual cab wide bodied beast. https://www.youtube.com/watch

Fascinating. Turns out the third series of the Mazda2 (I have a late 2012 version) won the World Car Of The Year title in 2008.

The Australian version differs slightly from others, it offers traction control/electronic stability control on all models. In other markets, the base model, the Neo, misses out on this feature.

@jussipekonen Kia Sorento/Hyundai Santa Fe are 7-seaters with an excellent reputation for durability, performance, safety. The Toyota Highlander is also a contender in the same field.

Back from my shopping expedition, wound up getting a three-outlet remote control setup. By going with a known brand, if the remote should crap out in future I just buy another single outlet set & the remote that comes with that can handle all four outlets.
Stocked up on my favourite glass cleaning arrangement: isopropyl alcohol spray & fine microfibre cloths. Extremely effective on computer screens.
