Fascinating: Used an app from my Setapp subscription, Unite, to make a site-specific browser from the YouTube URL.
Just found a video that I wasn’t able to play in Safari cos the uploader hadn’t made it available in my country.
This is where it gets interesting: the YouTube via Unite webapp WAS able to play this geographically-restricted video!

A very dear friend in her mid 70s has died suddenly, we’d known she was quite ill, but she’d kept the details from us. Then, three weeks ago we learned she had signet ring cell carcinoma (SRCC) in her stomach & had a life expectancy of 12 months.
She passed peacefully yesterday evening at 5:46 with family and close friends present. It was sudden for us, but I guess her family knew a lot more & were reasonably ready to let her go.
@matigo Adhesive on the tape was disolved with a citrus-based solvent & allowed time to saturate the dressing. A soft, spongy mess was removed easily revealing new pinkish skin. Still don’t understand where the blistered top skin went: the adhesive tape was contacting that directly.

Wanker. Whilst I respect his viewpoint and the man himself, he just doesn’t understand that such words in the Australian vernacuular lack the same force here. We may be irritated but not really offended to have such words used against us. It’s a surprisingly significant cultural difference.
