@jextxadore It's a pity the steak was off, my friend spent his teenage years on King Island, in Bass Strait between Victoria & Tasmania. King Island farm produce in general is regarded as serving the gourmet sector of the food market. He still has family on the island & they regularly send him such goodies as superb aged cheddars & cyrovac steaks.
