Bought a new bottom mount fridge freezer from a reliable online retailer. Bought it yesterday, it was delivered today and the old one taken away into the bargain.
The delivery driver notices two small dents in one side, and took a photo of them, which he then forwarded to the customer affairs section. They offered me two choices: have this one returned and get a new, undamaged one delivered tomorrow or take the damaged one and receive a 10% refund off the purchase price. I chose the latter option.
