My nephew’s ex father-in-law banned his family members from indulging in social media. Understandable when you realise he held the role of Chief Justice of the Western Australian Family Court from 2006 until a few months ago.

Surely there must be some sort of statutory warranty on used vehicles. Here it’s three months or 5000 km, whichever is soonest.

Our Mac User Group gets cheap access to meeting rooms/offices & a postal address via the Ross House Association: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RossHouseAssociation
The organisation exists primarily online, so membership at Ross House is really convenient.

Roses are Red,
Violets are Blue,
When I listen to Metallica,
My neighbors do too.

Initially that’s all I had to get for my 12-in G4, then the 1 GB RAM failed, leaving only the soldered 256 MB operational. So a 15-in PowerBook sacrificed one of its two 1 GB sticks. All good now. I suggest you look into using TenFourFoxBox app to create single-site browsers in a TenFourFox browser environment.

Not dissimilar.

One of my cousins & her husband, both retired teachers were carers for her mother until her death 8 days ago. They’ve left on a long-planned getaway, having bought a big caravan & 4WD dual-cab pickup to tow it.
Very plush van it is, too, and it has to be, cos it’s their home for the next two years.

Looking forward to real food again. Had no breakfast yesterday, didn’t eat until the refreshments in a hall after the funeral. Dinner was a wee can of tuna & 6 crackers plus a 200 gram wedge of brie and a 25 gram bag of pork rinds & numerous teas & coffees.
Breakfast today was two wee tuna cans & 12 crackers plus a huge cup of tea. Coffee at cousins’ place before heading off.
Refuelled is car & bought a small meat pie & iced coffee.
Another iced coffee 90 minutes later to wash down some tablets & now back home with a cup of tea.

Home again, 5 hours after leaving the funeral town. The idiots were out in force on the roads again.
