My spare phone is a Lumia 1520 on a fixed price data plan that’s just been updated from 48 GB to 80 GB for no extra cost.
Last year was my first on that plan, new users are restricted to 42 GB p.a.
So I started with 42 GB, after renewal of the plan it became 48 GB, now it’s 80.
@hazardwarning I had astigmatism. The opticians were also keeping track of my developing cataracts. In December 2016 I went in to get a new prescription only to be told there was little than new lenses could fix, such was the state of the cataracts.
The following year, between April & July, I had the cloudy lenses removed & corrective artificial ones inserted, which rectified the astigmatism issue. I now have 20:20 vision in one eye & life in general is way better.
I still use glasses but only for reading/computer work.

That’s what I call a smart charger. It’s from the new MacBook Pro.
Variable outputs: 20.3v; 9v or 5.2v.
@variablepulserate Yes, because it uses a 12-pin/16-pin PCI Express connection.
@variablepulserate The SSD comes out with one screw, trouble is reusing it: compatible USB enclosures start at $140.
If ever I have to fry food, I use ghee as the medium. It’s been a bit hard to find locally until recently. Seems like every little satellite shopping centre in every new suburban development gets an Indian/Sri Lankan grocery. My needs are now met in a local shop rather than having to travel west or southwest for 25 minutes.
