@axodys My, what a lot of work! I backed up my old SE to iMazing (after updating to 13.4.1), which stores backups, including apps on an external drive.
Then I restored the old SE’s backup to the new SE. When that finished I just had to rename the new SE and download whichever app updates were needed.
