Incompetent bastards. A coffee roaster & equipment retailer has redone their website in such a way as to be unable to transfer existing customer details to the new website, meaning they have to set up new accounts. At least they are offering existing customers a one-off 20% discount code to be applied to their first order from the new account.
But it's still shitty web work.
