@tewha I was required to give evidence in court it the inner capital city a few years ago, initially they paid my taxi fare of $130 each way before settling on a hire car & driver for the whole day.
I was going through serious mobility issues at the time & was granted dispensation to sit in the witness box rather than stand which is the normal process.
No idea of the result of the case.
