@hybotics It was my first experience of an imported sheep's milk cheese other than Roquefort. It inspired me to locate local sheep dairies, one offers $10 tasting platters with samples of 8 - 10 sheep, goat & cow's milk cheese to sample, along with water crackers to cleanse the palate between varieties. Such tasting platters are a meal in themselves. You also get a score sheet & a pencil.
