@matigo All clear. The HP AirPrint printer used to have an actual app for the interface work, but the software on the MacBook Pro (recent download) now operates via its own webpage.
I probably have the old app on the iMac.
When I power down the printer, its LCD screen reminds me it's not using genuine ink.
