The Mac App Store app has a setting where you can view & download iPhone & iPad apps onto an apple Silicon Mac. One such app that works brilliantly on my MB Air is the Pnut.io app ChimpNut.
Open the MAS app on your Apple Silicon Mac, click on your Apple ID in the lower left corner then click the "iPhone & iPad apps" tab.
It's potluck as to whether apps intended for a touch interface will work correctly on a Mac but it's certainly worth trying. @literary
