It's mid-winter. We're five days into the second Covid-19 lockdown since March, this time for a 6-week period. It's less strict than other nations as far as lockdowns go but we're asked not to leave home for other than four reasons: shopping for food or essentials; medical/health or caregiving; going to work if it can't be done from home & exercise.
This can lead to vitamin D deficiency, by which I suspect I may be affected. This time of the year I'm normally outside a lot more, so I need to employ that exercise aspect of the out of home in lockdown process.
