@tewha My case involved a work issue. Plaintiff claimed a result of patchup emergency repairs to his phoneline that I & another fellow performed, $500,000 of water damage was caused to his flooring materials.
But it was the shit work with inappropriate material done by a repairer he contacted that led to future damage. All wee did was attach a temporary cable to a fence - no digging involved.
Ironically the name of the affected property is "Peaceful Waters."
