Virtually every suburb has a particular supermarket chain outlet, but of those I can only think of two in a 45km radius that make a certain flat bread that's extra soft compared to normal pita breads. I visited one such shop today: I also bought some red onion & green capsicum which I've cut to 2mm thick with the new deli slicer.
I have some cheese & roast turkey also sliced to that size.
Dinner tonight will be what I call pizza rollups.
Tomato, then sliced cheese, turkey, capsicum & onion strewn over a flat bread that's rolled up & heated in a microwave oven.
With a wet-hopped oatmeal ale (marketed as WHOA! by the brewer).
