With the nerve damage to several toes at work some 13 years ago, I’ve been finding winter especially hard. Today I observed the toes that felt both cold & numbish were whier in colour than the healthy pinkish hue of the unaffected ones. I get the affliction more often when lying down, so I need to sit & stand much more than I have been doing. 90 minutes ago I was afflicted in those four toes and had been vigorously massaging them prior to joining a Zoom meeting. I ran out of massage time & had to leave the bedroom & sit in a chair in the office. Circulation has been restored to the affected area and the toes are no longer cold, althouh they are still a bit numb.
