My Xmas was for the first time in 67 years, celebrated alone. I inherited the fibre optic tree I bought for my parents 30+ years ago (I just can’t stand the smell of pine trees) but I just couldn’t be bothered setting it up.
I did get myself a special gift, though. A reversible black/brown elasticised belt with a velcro closing setup, no buckles to get in the way. Wore it for the first time today and very satisfied with it.
