@hazardwarning Sometimes Apple Stores get confused. Sometimes users log into iBooks with a different Apple ID. So I’d make sure you’re using the right ID. It’s not unknown for previously purchased items to have a price attached and when the user goes thru with the transaction again, they’re told they already own it & do they want it again for free
