@hazardwarning I’m varying my brewing methods between the AeroPress & a plastic Hario V60. My reason for choosing a plastic V60 cone over glass or ceramic is twofold: plastic was cheaper & no heat is transferred to the cone, therefore retaining more heat in the brew itself.
