I have been using the Web Receipt arrangement available via the macOS Print dialog (under the PDF section) since 2006. In order to keep track of online purchases I have maintained separate annual listings since 2012 on both my Apple desktop and laptop computers. As it’s now the first day of 2026, I have consolidated all of the 2025 receipts into a separate folder within the Web Receipts folder.
If you have never used the Web Receipts process, you won’t find the folder anywhere on your Mac, it’s created within the Documents folder the first time you save a PDF to that location. See attachment for more detail on the saving process.
